Privacy Policy

Information you give us

When you request quotes, we collect the details you enter: your name, phone number, the service you need, your city and any message. If you call our phone line, the call may be answered by an automated assistant and recorded, and we keep the call details and a summary.

Information collected automatically

We record basic usage events on this site, such as clicks on phone numbers, website links and quote buttons, together with the page you were on and a random session identifier stored in your browser for the visit. We do not use this to identify you personally.

How we use and share it

We use your request to connect you with crawl space contractors who serve your area, and we share your contact details and request with those contractors so they can reach you. We also use the information to operate and improve the site. We do not sell your personal information.

Service providers

We use third-party services to run the site, including form delivery (Formspree), database hosting (Supabase) and, for phone calls, a voice assistant provider. They process information on our behalf.

Your choices

To ask us to correct or delete information you submitted, use the contact form and say what you would like changed.

Changes

We may update this policy and will change the date above when we do.
